Guidelines for reporting
bugs.
Please read the status
report to check if this bug is already reported. Also check that any differences
you may see are not due to an Animation Master feature you are using that
is not supported within the viewer. This information can also be found
on the status page. Depending on where you get the error we need slightly
different information;

- operating
system + service pack
- Internet
Explorer version number(!)
- Graphics
card + amount of video memory
- If running
under DirectX
- hardware
mode or software emulation
- which
version (6,7, or 8)
- If running
under Open GL
- the
actual name within the drop down menu (right click control)
- Are the
3D files on your local PC or on the web?
- If feasible,
please publish the files somewhere on the web so we can try to debug.
We may ask for the original Animation Master files
