a spinning logo indicates the download has completed successfully. 
Click the 'back' button on the browser to return to the previous page.

 

The arcticPigs viewer will start loading automatically now.

You should see a similar screen to the following image in a short while


You must select 'Yes' here to continue the installation. This warning is always displayed by Microsoft browsers to alert you a plugin is being loaded.

The viewer may need to install some extra components. You will see a screen similar to the below image while it is installing the necessary components.
